Q: If I want to add additional items to my order, how can I do that?
A: If you were a backer on Indiegogo, we are transitioning to our Shopify platform where you can add additional items to your order and pay the difference. We will combine items into a single shipment when possible, though a small shipping fee may apply to account for the added weight.
Q: Will additional cables or layouts ordered be packaged with my original order?
A: We aim to consolidate your additional items with your original order into one shipment for convenience. However, this may not always be possible due to logistical constraints, which could result in a separate shipment.
Q: Are there any differences between the White (Candy) and Black (Noir) versions of the Octopus Arcade Stick?
A: The only difference is the color of the base unit, buttons + ball top, and the default OctoPlate; the White (Candy) version comes with a grey default OctoPlate, while the Black (Noir) version comes with a black one. All other components and features are the same.
Q: What is the current shipping timeline for the Octopus?
A: The first batch of Octopus Arcade Sticks are scheduled to ship in July 2024. We will keep our backers updated on any changes to the shipping schedule.
Q: Which 3 OctoPlates do backers get?
A: Octo on Grey or Black background, Pink Graffiti, and Clear.
