  • The Octopus Arcade Stick is compatible with over 20 platforms, including PlayStation 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (fighting games only), Nintendo Switch, Xbox 360, PC, Steam Deck, MiSTer FPGA, and various retro gaming systems. Some platforms may require additional cables or adapters.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may vary. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • OctoPlates are interchangeable faceplates designed for the Octopus Arcade Stick, allowing users to customize the design and layout of their device. They can be easily swapped without requiring any technical expertise.

  • The Octopus Arcade Stick is equipped with high-quality Sanwa joystick and buttons. It is also compatible with leverless Korean joysticks, allowing users to modify and customize their setup according to their preferences.

  • Return Policy

    You may return a product within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was delivered to you.

    • We only process returns for purchases made through our website.

    • To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original new condition as received.

    • Return shipping costs are not covered.

    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

    • Refunds for products purchased using a discount or promotion will be issued at the discounted price.

  • Yes, all TR Fight Stick products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty duration and terms may vary depending on the product. For more details, please contact our support team.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a warranty for the main body/case, buttons, and joystick of the Octopus Arcade Stick. However, we offer a one-year warranty on the electronic components of the Octopus Arcade Stick, provided there is no user-induced damage
